We milk a very small herd of registered Holstein cows in Zillah, WA. We opened our creamery in 2024 after making cheese at home for 10 years just for our family. We realized there was a need in our community for artisanal cheese, and so our journey of certification began. All our cheeses are very creamy and are approved by our four children!
We make three types of cheese.
Gouda, Butter Cheese, and Cheddar.
All of our cheeses are made by hand, and in small batches.
We wanted to create cheeses that our family loved, and now we want to share our cheese with our community.
Our farm is a farmstead dairy, which means we do all the milking and processing of our product on the farm. The cows are at the center of everything we do. We care for them every day of the year and pay particular attention to their health and nutrition. Our cows are pastured as long as the weather permits (typically March-November). W

We care for them every day of the year and pay particular attention to their health and nutrition. Our cows are pastured as long as the weather permits (typically March-November). We rotationally graze our cattle which improves soil health as well as helps plants to regrow between grazing periods. We also raise most of the hay our cows eat when they are not on pasture. Our registered Holsteins have a very low-stress life, which you will taste in the cheese!
All of our cheese is made from raw milk, but aged at least 60 days. We believe the raw milk cheese has a superior taste due to the natural bacteria found in the milk, which continues creating great flavors in the cheese as it ages.
